Kerrigan Powell Properties is a residential letting and property management company with a difference. Set up by experienced property professionals, our aim is to offer landlords a cost effective, thorough and transparent approach to the leasing and ongoing management of their properties, where rent is 100% gauranteed.

By embracing new systems and technologies, whilst abiding by traditional values of trust, diligence and hard work, Kerrigan Powell Properties can offer a first class service for one low all inclusive monthly management fee.  Due to our innovative approach to management, Kerrigan Powell Properties operates from a lower cost base than our rivals, with all the savings passed onto the landlords.

However, we will never compromise on quality and our main objective is to develop an outstanding reputation in the market place by protecting the landlord's interests and assets.  Central to this mission is the rigorous referencing of tenants plus the provision of free annual rent insurance through our partner ‘Legal 4 Landlords'.    

Once the right tenant has been found for a property, we will ensure they are managed and cared for properly.  We aim to achieve an exceptional retention rate amongst tenants.  Indentifying and placing a long term, stable tenant paying market rent is what we strive for.
